You should first check your A/V settings to be sure your microphone & video camera are recognized by the flash program. Then adjust your volume levels on your microphone to avoid feedback and echo. (All of these settings may be accessed by right-clicking anywhere inside of the chat screen). You can then open the A/V window by clicking on the A/V tab at the upper left corner of the chat window. From the dropdown window, just click on your cam and mic icons, and you are broadcasting. To view cams and/or listen to others, just click on the cam and mic icons next to their names in the users list for that room. All the other functions are relatively easy to understand and learn, so have fun exploring and playing!

You can upgrade at any time by clicking on your "My Membership" tab on your login page, or from any other page where this tab is present.

If Music & Video menu items are not listed in the menu items on your pages, this means that at your membership level, you do not have access to these features. You can access them by upgrading your account to Silver, Gold, or VIP.

We have limits set on the sizes and types of files which can be uploaded to our servers. The video limitation is 25 MB and the audio is limited to 15 MB. Be SURE that your files are in a standard format for uploading and viewing.

Depending upon your membership level, this capability is included in the Instant Messenger feature of the site. Simply open an IM to another user, and you will see an icon in the bottom right of the IM window with a paperclip. This is the file transfer wizard.
